RE: FRAUDULENT PROCESS INITIATED BY ROGER CÁRDENAS MOGOLLÓN REPRESENTING LEWIS ENERGY BEFORE DIANA PATRICIA VELEZ GIRALDO CONCERNING THE ILLEGAL EXTRACTION OF GAS AND USE OF PREMISES AT REFERENCIA CATASTRAL 080010002000000000029000000000, MATRÍCULA INMOBILIARIA # 040-477077.

TO ALL MENTIONED ABOVE IN PREVIOUS PARAGRAPHS:

1. I am presently in Los Angeles, California, traveling back to Barranquilla tomorrow.
2. You are conducting a mere fraudulent meeting without proper legal notifications and based on documentation that is void on the face of precavirate and fraudulent past actions of governmental or quasi-governmental institutions on the above-mentioned property.
3. On my return – after resting the jet lag and change of time – I will be filing criminal charges against all above mentioned, including the Major and Governor of the Atlantic Department.
4. ANY RESOLUTION ISSUED AT ANY TIME BY ANY OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED INDIVIDUALS OR ORGANIZATIONS IS VOID AND WITHOUT LEGAL EFFECT.
5. The sale of the 170 hectares under deeds # 62 and 38 is vicious with numerous legal errors, specifically, this asset was a family patrimony under Colombia’s laws, and my mother never signed those deeds. (Escrituras.) She was a 50% owner of the land.

Those deeds, (Escrituras) do not transfer any rights over minerals or areal. They belong to me.
