Unicamente tuvo contactos con Hoftman Guzmán, representante de Tomás Jaramillo, a raíz de la decisión de Andersen de destituir a la compañía de Jaramillo y Ortiz en Bahamas como asesora de inversiones o gestora de inversiones de Premium. ———Esta es la respuesta del sr. I have had no contact with Juan Carlos Ortiz, Tomás Jaramillo and Víctor Maldonado, or their attorneys or representatives, individually or collectively since well before Nov. 2, 2012 with the exception of Mr. Hoftman Guzman late in 2012/early 2013. Mr. Guzman represented Tomás Jaramillo with respect to his shareholding of Premium Capital Investment Advisors LTD (“PCIA”). The discussions concerned my termination of PCIA as investment advisor to the Premium Capital Funds and Mr. Jaramillo’s desire to take control of the company including its control of the Premium Capital Fund’s voting shares.
I understand that Jaime Lombana is Mr. Jaramillo’s attorney. I have had no contact with him at all.
